Working Principle:
All parts are fastened to the body, the spindle rotates in the clockwise direction , the movement through a belt to the spindle pulley belt and the spindle pulley have three different speeds. Rotation of the blade driven by the blade driven pulley the motor can have two different speed. The blade height can be adjusted by the position of the butterfly nut Flotation machine driven by V-belt drive motor rotating impeller to form centrifugal vacuum, on the one hand inhalation pulp mixed with sufficient air , on the other hand stirring the pulp to mixed with drugs, while refined foam, mineral adhesive foam on top , float to the surface and then form a slurry bubble mineralization. Adjust shutter's height and control surface to scrape the useful foam.
3. XFD-II Single Cell Flotation Machine
It is the updated version of XFD I, the impeller rotary speed can be adjustable as your needs, with LED display screen, without heater device, can not control temperature of the minerals.

Working Principle:The flotation machine has a frame member, spindle transmission parts, locking parts, wiper parts, flotation tank, outside the inflatable devices and electrical control components. Gas of pump tank supply to the rotor agitation, and mix with ore fluid, the stator is cut to produce tiny bubbles mineralization. Rotor speed is stepless and can be adjusted by inverter. Fixed flotation tank fasten by hand wheel drive screw clamp. Shaving foam body, its trajectory is a circular motion.
5. XFG Single Cell Flotation Machine
The hanging flotator of XFG series is applicable for stirring,scrubbing,separation and selection of small amounts of sample ore in labs of research institutes and mining bodies involving geology,metallurgy,building materials and chemical industry.
