Kaolin is a kind of non-metallic mineral, which is a kind of clay and clay rock mainly composed of Kaolin clay minerals. Because it is white and delicate, it is also called Baiyun soil/China Soil. It is named after Gaoling Village, Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province.

Vibrating Feeder (
click for more details) is mainly used to feed materials evenly and continuously into belt conveyor, bucket elevator, screening and crushing equipment before primary crusher, also used for screening fine materials to increase the processing capacity of crusher. The feeding amount can be adjusted flexibly to achieve centralized control and automatic control in the production process. It is applied to crushing and screening production lines on crushing site,in mining,metallurgy,building material ,chemistry,mineral processing,and coal industries.
Gelin's
vibrating screens (
click for more details) are used for screening of granular bulk material in coal, metallurgical, power generation, building material, water conservancy, light and chemical industries and other industries.The screen frame consists of both side panels and cross beams being bolted and glued to the panels carrying the screen deck substructure. The excitation is made with in-house manufactured unbalanced shaft or with a single unbalanced motor. The vibrating screens can be equipped with all different kinds of screen mats available on the market and it 's best suitable for long-living and economical operation.

Jaw crusher (

is composed of bracket, jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, spring, etc. The maximum compression strength of materials to be crushed is 320MPA. PE series jaw crusher is commonly used for primary crushing, and PEX series is used for secondary crushing and fine crushing.

Spiral Classifier(
click for more details) is widely used to pre-grading and inspection grading in closed circuits when used in the production flow of metal processing. According to the difference in sedimentation rate of mineral particles and mud, the particle sizes of ores with 1.5mm-0.03mm are classified.
Waste mud or water for ore sand can be separated from the ores. It's also usually applied to ore washing, desliming and dehydration and so on.
Flotation machine (

Mineral Agitation Barrels/Agitation Tank (

Dewatering Screens (click for more details) are specifically designed for dewatering material and sludge and produce bulk material which can be transported with standard means. They are also used to recover solid particles from liquids, muds or sludges. Vacuum Filter is applicable to geological, metallurgical, building material, mining and other industries for mineral

Magnetic Separtor (

They are widely used in mineral processing industry, coal washing industry, chemical industry, etc, e.g. recycle heavy formulas such as magnetic heavy media during heavy media separation, concentrate low-concentration slurry in iron ore and gather magnetic steel minerals, treat ore feeding from high-intensity magnetic separators, remove magnetic or weakly magnetic ores and coenobium, as well as prevent blockage of magnetic media.
