Product Description

Rotary scrubber (namely as drum ore scrubber, cylinder stone scrubber or rotary scrubbing machine) is a special washing equipment for cleaning large and difficult-to-wash materials,like high impurity content and sticky mud.

This machine with two parts: drum scrubber and screen. The drum scrubber is for washing ore, screen is for sieving different size particles after washing.The maximum feed size can reach 200 mm. It mainly carries out preliminary cleaning for raw ore.

Different appearance but the core functions are the same.

Rotary Scrubber is flexiable to combine with other machines to make perfect effects.

1.Linning plate material 
In order to increase the washing effect, we always put linning plates insider of the drum scrubber part, it can be made below two kinds material:
1.1. Iron material spiral plates: normal material, can't be replaceable, welded inside drum.
1.2. Natual Rubber lined plates: wear-resistance, corrosion resistance, fixed with screw, replacable,long service time.

2.Screen material 
This part can customized to 2 layers, 3 layers or more.
Screen material can be stainless steel, Manganese steel and polyurethane (PU).
