Some Essential Mining Equipments for Kaolin Clay Processing Plant
It is used primarily to add brightness, smoothness and gloss to products such as paper, paint, toothpaste, cosmetics, porcelain and more. New uses for kaolin continue to be discovered, ensuring sustained, long-term demand for this mineral.
For Kaolinite and kaolin clay processing plant,normally flotation,gravity separation and mangetic separation methods or mixed together are used. Due to the different ore content and composition of each user's investment, the corresponding mineral processing technology may increase or decrease, and the investment company should purchase a full set of processing equipment for the mineral processing line according to its actual mineral situation.
General Flow Steps:
1. Use a vibrating feeder to feed the materials to a rough/primary jaw crusher.crushed materials using a belt delivery to vibration screen, ≤120mm size to the fine/second jaw crusher.
2. Send the material after the fine crusher to the vibration screen. Over 25mm size material use a blet return to the fine crusher to grinding it.
0-15mm size materials transported by belt converyor.
3. Use an pendular feeder to feed the material to a ball mill.
4. After grinding the material, materials sent to spiral classifier for washing classifying,over 5 mm sent back to ball mill for regrinding,and 0-2mm materials use dewatering screen with hydrocyclones for desliming,using mixing tank for agitating and sent to floation cell for kaolin recovery.
5. After flotation cell ,the concentrates will be sent to filter for final concentration,then we get separated pure concentrates. Besides,magnetic separator can be used for further concentration if the minerals contains mangetic materials.
