Basic Stages
1. Broken: The bulk silicon mine is initially crushed by a jaw crusher(click for more details), and then the produced coarse material is transported by a belt conveyor (click for more details) to compound sand maker (click for more details) for secondary crushing and sand making;
2. Screening and sand washing: The finely crushed silica sand enters the vibrating screen(click for more details) and goes to bucket sand washer (click for more details) for washing and desliming, with hydrocyclone (click for more details) for separation and removal of heavy coarse particles of sewage sludge sand;
3. The finished material needs to be dried by the dryer (click for more details) / dewatering screen (click for more details) or naturally dried and then clean fine sand is transported by belt conveyor.
Notice:Unqualified silica sand continues to be broken by the system until the finished product is produced.

2.Sand Screening and Conveying Machine is used to removing comparatively larger sand particles and other unnecessary impurities present in the sand which is excavated from the river banks and then conveying the fine sand. It is made of below mian parts:
