Sand Washing Plant
1. Processing Steps
1. The processed material first enters the
hopper and goes to
Rotary sand screening machine for washing and screening the sand ,remove impurities from large particles.
↓
2. Clean the sand with a
Wheel bucket sand washer to remove all the impurities and dust in the sand, improve the purity of the placer.
↓
3. Finally filter out the excess moisture with a
Dewatering screen.
2. Working Principle
When the rotary sand screening machine is working, the processed materials first enter the drum sand washing machine, and after screening in the drum machine, the qualified materials in the drum with two different particle sizes are transported directly through the conveyor belt. the sieve material goes into the middle storage tank,the qualified material goes into the back-end dehydration sieve machine for dehydration treatment. The waste water and impurities are discharged into the return water tank through the separation and recovery machine.
The sand and gravel has a feed trough to enter the washing tank, tumble under the drive of the impeller and grind each other to remove the impurities covering the sand surface and destroy the water vapor layer covered with sand particles to facilitate dehydration; at the same time, add water to form a strong current, take away the impurities and foreign bodies with small specific gravity in time, and discharge them from the overflow trough to complete the cleaning function. The clean sand and gravel is taken away by the blade, and the sand and gravel is poured into the discharge trough from the rotating impeller to complete the cleaning function of sand and gravel.
The dewatering screen adopts double electric self-synchronization technology and a general-purpose fast eccentric and adjustable amplitude vibrator. Through the belt coupling shaft, two unrelated vibrators are driven to run synchronously and inversely, and the centrifugal forces produced by the two groups of eccentric masses are superimposed along the vibration direction and counteracted by reverse centrifugation, thus forming a single excited vibration along the vibration direction. make the screen box move in a reciprocating straight line.

Sand Washing and Making Plant
1. Processing Steps
1. Crushing: The bulk silicon mine is initially crushed by jaw crusher, and then the produced coarse material is transported by belt conveyor to Compound sand maker for secondary crushing and sand making;
2. Screening and sand washing: The finely crushed silica sand enters the Vibrating screen and goes to Wheel bucket sand washer for washing and desliming, with hydrocyclone for separation and removal of heavy coarse particles of sewage sludge sand;
3. The finished material needs to be dehydrated by Dewatering screen or naturally dried and then clean fine sands is transported by belt conveyor.
Notice:Unqualified silica sand continues to be broken by the system until the finished product is produced.
