The Magnetic separator is divided into permanent magnetic separator and electromagnetic magnetic separator.Permanent magnetic separator is divided into dry magnetic separator and wet magnetic separator. Dry magnetic separator is used for beneficiation without water, and wet magnetic separator is used for beneficiation with water. Magnetic field intensity from 800 gauss up to 20000 gauss. It is suitable for wet magnetic separation of magnetite, magnetic pyrite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other materials with a particle size of 3mm or less, and is also used for removing iron from coal, non-metallic minerals, building materials and other materials. Ilmenite titanlum is separated from garnet, zircon sand, monazite and iron ore.
