2.Processing Steps
1).Raw ores are feeded into grizzly feeding hopper by excavator and enter into trommel screen,with the operation and scrubbing by the high pressure water in trommel, ores with clays and silts was broken up,big coarse ore was discharged from tails of trommel and fine ore dischaged into jig machine via steel chute or steel pipes.
2).After rougher and clear concentration of jig machine,grass mat on sluice box catches and collect the usefull ore out of tailings which from jig machine.
3).Concentrates from jig machine was further concenrated by shaking table, magnetic minerals (iron ore,ilmenite ore etc.)in gold concentrates was separated by mangetic separator,then with amalgamation and furnace,the pure gold comes out.
3.Applications
AS per different mining condition, we design the flowchart as below
a). Washing trommel+Centrifugal concentrator+Shaking table;
b). Washing trommel+Jig machine(Jigger)+Shaking table;
c). Washing trommel+Sluice box with grass mat(carpet).

2). Jig Machine
Description
Jig Machine belongs to gravity-based equipments, which can separate mineral based on differing of specific gravity. Saw-tooth wave jig is mainly consist of three parts: Main frame, driving set and jigging chamber.
The machine is suitable for sorting ferrous and nonferrous metals, chemicals, construction and metallurgical aspects of experimental research.

3). Gravity Centrifugal Concentrator
Description
The Gold Concentration Separator is a new type of gravity concentration equipment for concentrating gold and other high density minerals. The centrifugal concentrator gets many competitive advantages compared with other concentration machines which create high returns for the investors.

4). Shaking Table
Description
GELIN Shaking Table is one of the main equipments of gravity concentration. It is not only widely applied on separating tungsten, the tin, the tantalum niobium and other rare metals and the noble metal ore.
