Product Description

Magnetic Separtor is mainly used to select weak magnetic field and remove the strongly magnetic minerals of fine grains. They are widely used in mineral processing industry, coal washing industry, chemical industry, etc, e.g. recycle heavy formulas such as magnetic heavy media during heavy media separation, concentrate low-concentration slurry in iron ore and gather magnetic steel minerals, treat ore feeding from high-intensity magnetic separators, remove magnetic or weakly magnetic ores and coenobium, as well as prevent blockage of magnetic media.

Our factory supply one roller, two rollers, three rollers, four rollers high intensity and low intensity magnetic separator with wet type and dry type, magnetic field intensity from 800 gauss to 20000 gauss. 
 

Dry Magnetic Separator

1.Four drums high tensity dry magnetic separator(below picture)

Capacity:2-5 tons per hour;

Feeder hopper on the top of the machine;

Four drums/rollers:

First drum size: diameter 440mm* length 1100mm, magnetic field intensity:1000 gauss-1500 gauss;

Second drum size:diameter 440mm* length 1100mm, magnetic field intensity:5000gauss-7000 gauss;

Third drum size:diameter 440mm* length 1100mm, magnetic field intensity:8000 gauss-10000 gauss;

The magnetic field of CTS(N.B) series wet drum permanent magnetic separators divide into rotary and fixed. The fixed one is mainly use in weak magnetic field to separate the fine particle strong magnetic materials, or eliminating the strong magnetic materials in the nonmagnetic ores.

Wroking Principle
When the ore pulp entering magnetic field area, the ferromagnetic materials are sucked up on the surface of the drum, weak magnetic substance and nonmagnetic minerals are washed away by water, the absorbed magnetic minerals on the surface of drum are rotated with the drum and taken out of magnetic field area .The rotary one is suitable to dry separate the fine particle strong magnetic ore, because of speedy rotation, the magnetic particle rolling more times than other magnetic separator, which is effectively destroy the reunite of magnetic and arise the high-grade ore, the ore are divide into magnetic and nonmagnetic after separation, and discharge from the own road.
