Our factory produce both sawtooth way jig and hydraulic radial jig, we produce different size jigs for different process capacity from 1 ton per hour to 300 tons per hour per set.
Our jig machine is widely used for concentrating / separating heavy mineals sand, gold and diamond mining, tin (cassiterite), ilmenite, hematite, iron ore, zircon and rutile sand, barite, manganese, tungsten, chromite etc...

4). Traditional Sawtooth Wave Jig
Jig separator belongs to gravity-based equipments, which can separate mineral based on differing of specific gravity. Saw-tooth wave jig is mainly consist of three parts: Main frame, driving set and jigging chamber. The device is suitable for sorting ferrous and nonferrous metals, chemicals, construction and metallurgical aspects of experimental research. |
Jigs a kind of energy saving gravity equipment development and improved on the basis of traditional jigs according to the the oretic layering law of jig beds. Their jigging pulsation curves take the shape of sawtooth waveform which gets the ascending water to travel more rapidly than the descending water. The ascending time is short while the descending time is long. The problem that the ascending descending water flow and action time produced by sine wave and pulsation wave are the same is solved. The looseness of bed is strengthened and suction function is alleviated so that the heavy ore grains in the minerals are able to precipitate fully and the sorting ratio ability and recovery rate of equipment are largely improved. |

6). Gravity centrifugal concentrator
Descriptions:
The Gold Concentration Separator is a new type of gravity concentration equipment for concentrating gold and other high density minerals. The centrifugal concentrator gets many competitive advantages compared with other concentration machines which create high returns for the investors. The Gold Concentration Separator, which is also called centrifugal concentrator is usually used for roughing separation during the gold separation flowchart to recover most of the useful minerals and get rid of most of the barren rocks. |
Application:
STLB Gold Concentration Separator is kind centrifugal concentration equipment. It can be used not only for placer gold mining, but also for hard rock mining to recover the natural gold, replacing amalgamation. It is also used to recover gold from the old tailings. |
Since 1985, three models of Gold Concentration Separator have been developed. Application shows that the recovery can be as high as 99%, especially for the case in recovering the natural gold in lode ore with 65% of the ore having a milling size of-0.074mm, the recovery for the natural gold is expected up to 98%. For that natural gold of 0.004mm in particle size, the recovery is 97%. The cleaning up cycle is 1~4 hours. And the upgrade ratio is up to 1,000 times. |
1) High recovery rate: Through our test, the recovery rate for placer gold can be 98% or more, for rock gold, the recovery rate could reach 97% when the feeding size is below 0.04mm. 2) High efficiency: STLB60 Gold Concentration Separator has a capacity of 15-30TPH, and STLB100 Gold Concentration Separator has a capacity of 60-100TPH. Only one machine could give you such a high capacity and high recovery rate. It's the most efficient concentration equipment in our factory. 3) Easy to install: only a small leveled place required. It's a complete machine, before starting it, only need to connect the fluidization water and power. 4) Easy to adjust: there are only 2 factors that will affect the recovery result, they are water pressure and feeding size. By giving proper water pressure and feeding size, you could get the best recovery effect. Easy to operate: after finishing the water pressure and feeding size adjust, what U have to do is to fetch the concentrates every 2-4 hours. (Depending on the grade of the mine) 5) No pollution: this machine only consumes water and electric power, and exhaust tailings and water. Low noise, no chemical agent involved. 6) Reliable: this Gold Concentration Separator gets a simple & tough structure, the main body is made by strong steel, and the concentrate cone is made by stainless steel. And the bearing is greased to keep it running well. |
