The CSQ-50*70 Wet High Intensity Magnetic Separator is a high-efficiency magnetic separation device specifically designed for processing fine-grained minerals. lt is suitable for minerals with a particle size of less than 0.5 millimeters, and it is particularly effective for the enrichment of weakly magnetic minerals (such as hematite,chromite).
This equipment uses water as a medium to achieve the separation of minerals. It is widely used in metal ore dressing laboratories, mining engineering experiments,and intermediate experimental plants, and it is very effective for experiments on low-grade iron oxide ores, requiring only a small amount of sample to obtain technical indicators for testing the iron content of the minerals.

Application

Working principle
The machine automatically resets to its initial state under the control of the PLC module: the feeding valve is set to the closed position, and the splitter is set to the tailings position, A transition delay of 3 seconds is set to prevent mixing, meaning that the splitter remains in the "tailing", "middle" and "concentrate" positions for 3 seconds during the process.
The sorting process is as follows: the slurry in the stirring vessel enters the sorting box through the feeding valve and the flat nozzle, Non-magnetic mineral particles fall into the tailings bucket under the influence of gravity through the gaps in the tooth plate, while magnetic mineral particles are adsorbed onto the tooth plate under the influence of the magnetic field. After feeding, the splitter swings to the upper part of the middlings bucket, and the electromagnetic valve for washing the middlings is opened (the flow rate can be adjusted by the middlings washing gate valve) to wash away the non-magnetic mineral particles mixed in the sorting box. The spliter then swings to the upper part of the concentrate bucket, while the power supply for magnetization is cut off, After the magnetic field in the sorting box disappears, the electromagnetic valve for washing the concentrate is opened, flushing the magnetic mineral particles adsorbed on the tooth plate into the concentrate bucket (the flushing amount is adjusted by the concentrate gate valve). After completing one sorting cycle, the PLC resets for the next cycle, continuing the sorting process. The ultimate goal is to achieve the separation of magnetic and non-magnetic minerals.
