Jaw Crusher
Jaw Crusher is mainly used to crush kinds of mining stones primarily, and the largest compression resistance of the material to be crushed is 320MPa. The jaw crusher is widely used in mining, rock crushing, metall-urgical industry, building material, highway, railway, and chemical industry.
The motor transmits power through belt, drives the moving jaw do periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases when moving jaw moves up. So the moving jaw closes to the fixed jaw. The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle of Jaw Crusher between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the moving jaw of Jaw Crusher moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring, the products after crushing will be discharged from the outlet of Jaw Crusher.

Spiral classifier
Our spiral classifiers are widely used in the distribution of ore in closed circuits with ball mills, grading ore and fine slit in gravity mills, grading granularity and flow of metal ore-dressing, and de-sliming and dehydrating in washing. This product features simple structure, reliable working conditions and convenient operation.
Because different grains have different specific gravity and sedimentation rates in liquid, this product allows the fine ore to flow in the water, while coarse ore sinks to the bottom. This classifier can filter materials and send coarse materials to the feeding mouth and discharge fine materials from the pipe.
The seat of the machine features channel steel material, while the body is armor plated and the spiral axle is made of cast iron for durability. The machine's lifting equipment can be used manually or electronically.

Flotation equipment is applicable for separating non-ferrous metal, black metal, noble metal, etc.Flotation machine, flotation equipment is applicable for separating non-ferrous metal, black metal, noble metal, non-metal mineral, raw body and materials of chemical industry, which are subject to coarse separation, swept separation, fine separation and floatation, so the useful ore are reclaimed.
Features
The Floatation Machine has the advantages of large air-absorption capacity and low energy consumption. Every cell owns Three functions: Air absorption, slurry absorption, and floatation separation, and the cells form a floatation separation loop by itself without any auxiliary equipment, and is allocated horizontally, which favors the change of flow. The circulation of mineral slurry is reasonable, and can avoid the disposition of coarse sand to the largest extent. There is self-control device on the surface of mineral slurry, so it is easy to adjust it. The impeller has backward-inclined upper and lower vanes, which produce upper and lower circulation of mineral slurrry respectively.
Application
Flotation machine is applicable for the separation of nonferrous metal and ferrous metals, such as fluorite and talc. The Impeller is driven by V-belts, which can bring the centrifugal effect to form negative pressure. While extracting sufficient air to mix with ore pulp, the machine stirs ore pulp and mixes it with chemicals to form mineralized froth. By adjusting the height of the flash board to control the liquid level, the useful froth can be scraped from the loam board. The height of the strobe must be adjusted carefully to keep the stabilization of liquid level and scrape the mineralized froth to the launder.The impellers and stators should be kept at a distance and should be changed when worn. The bearing in the pump should be maintained every three months.
