1.Description

Features
1. The enhancement rotor is designed with finite element analysis technology.
2. High crushing ratio. The crushing ratio ranges from 10 to 25 or even higher to 50.
3. The AMC alloy hammerhead enjoys a service life increased by 50~150%.
4. The theory of stone hitting effectively reduces the wear load of hammerhead and grid plate.
5. High strength artillery steel spindle is designed with vacuum duplex which increases the strength by 3-4 times.
2.Working Principle
The main motor drives the spindle to rotate at a high speed through the triangle belt, and the hammer pin is uniformly connected to the spindle. With the high-speed rotation of the spindle, the bulk material enters the crusher through the grate cooler and collides with the high-speed rotating hammerhead. When the crushed material is less than the screen gap, it is discharged from the discharge outlet, and the material larger than the screen gap continues to be broken, so as to complete the whole crushing process of the material.
