Features

Multi-functional disk vacuum filter has two filter disks with different capacities. slurry of different amount can be directly fed into the disk with corresponding capacity for dewatering. the vacuum system is mainly composed of rotary vane vacuum pump, water-separating gas filter, vacuum negative pressure jar, electromagnetic valve, and vacuum duct.
The device is a kind of filter can be intermittent or continuous laboratory-type filtration equipment can be used as product dehydration, the use of solid-liquid separation, simple structure, operation, convenient maintenance, filtering effects of high adaptability, for difficult to filter and concentration of minerals lower pulp filtration, the effect is most remarkable. Within around 10s after the vacuum pump is started, make a vacuum capacity with the pressure of not lower than 91.2kpa (684mm mercury column) in the vacuum negative pressure jar. then connect the electromagnetic valves 3 and 5. under the action of pressure difference, the liquid in the filter disk permeates into the filter paper very quickly, so that the purpose of the dewatering can be served.
Disk Vacuum Filter is applicable to geological, metallurgical, building material, mining and other industries for mineral
dewatering after flotation, gravity concentration, magnetic separation and other operations in tests on mineral separability and separation of solid-liquid in sample testing. It mainly comprises vacuum pump, moisture air filter, vacuum negative pressure tank and two filter trays with automatic drainage device to be provided to separate solids from liquids.
