Above flowchart customized is for rock type copper cobalt nickle magnetic iron ore separation plant,and general beneficiation methods include gravity separation,flotation separation,magnetic separation and electrostatic separation,compared with Chemical beneficiation and Microbial beneficiation, above mentioned is with low investment,environmental protection and quite high recovery ratio.
For getting the highest purified minerals as possible,gravity separation and magnetic separation adopted for customers.
 
Basic Stages
1. Crushing: Larger tonnage will require primary and secondary crushing for maximum efficiency in size reduction,vibration feeder adopted is for evenly ore feeding. Main refers to Coarse Jaw Crusher,Fine Crusher,Vibration Feeder,Belt Conveyor.
2. Grinding: Grinding particles to more small size or powder. Ball mill and Wet pan mill are usually used.
3.Gravity Separation:Refer to jig machine,centrifugal concentrator,spiral chute,shaking table.
4. Magnetic separation:Normally ore includes magnetic Iron materials,so magnetic separator well needed for final separation.

General Flow Description

Step 1---Crushing: Rock ores within 300mm evenly fed by vibration feeder to vibration screen and vibration screen with layers will screen ores with different sizes,ore below 18mm sent to bin with swaying feeder by belt conveyor and ore above 18mm sent to jaw crusher by belt conveyor for crushing.

Jaw crusher (click for more details) is composed of bracket, jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, spring, etc. The maximum compression strength of materials to be crushed is 320MPA. PE series jaw crusher is commonly used for primary crushing, and PEX series is used for secondary crushing and fine crushing.
Gelin provides jaw crusher with different types(stationary or mobile type,combination with other machines,Diesel engine or electric motor) and capacities(from 2-800tph) , meeting all customer's requirement.

Step 2---Grinding&Classifying: The crushed and screened particles below 18mm sent to bin with swaying feeder by belt conveyor,and the sway feeder will continuously and evenly feed the particles to ball mill for grinding,grinded materials with mud slurry go to spiral classifer for washing and classifying,and coarse size minerals will be resent to ball mill for regrinding.Then all final materials comes out from spiral classifier will be sent to mixing tank for agitating to prevent sedimentation.

Ball mill (click for details) is a key equipment to grind the crushed materials, and the ball mill is widely used in powder-making production line including cement, silicate, new-type building material, refractory material, fertilizer, ore dressing of ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal, glass ceramics, etc. And the ball mill can grind various ores and other materials with dry type and wet type. There are two kinds of ball mill, grate type and overflow type due to different ways of discharging material.
Spiral Classifier(click for more details) is widely used to pre-grading and inspection grading in closed circuits when used in the production flow of metal processing. According to the difference in sedimentation rate of mineral particles and mud, the particle sizes of ores with 1.5mm-0.03mm are classified. 
Waste mud or water for ore sand can be separated from the ores. It's also usually applied to ore washing, desliming and dehydration and so on.

Mineral Agitation Barrels/Agitation Tank (click for more details)  is used to mix the pulp with chemicals, preparing for flotation separation.The agitation tank is mainly applied in slurry stirring before flotation, chemical and construction industry,cyanide chemical plant,sewage treatment plant,and coal plant, etc.. It used the density of less than 30% and frozen composition of less than 1mm.
 

Step 3---Gravity Separation for Enrichment: Through the slurry pump,the minerals in tank will be pumped to first stage shaking table for concentration,the middlings will be reprocessed by second stage shaking table.

GELIN Shaking Table (click for more details) is one of the main equipments of gravity concentration.It is applicable for separations of fine-grained and micro-grained rare metal, ferrous and non-ferrous metal, precious metal , coal and other minerals. It can carry out ore concentration operation independently and also can operate in conjunction with jig, screw separator, centrifugal separator and other equipment.
The table surface is constructed of ore sand or slime and is made up of glass fibre reinforced plastic or aluminum alloy.
The machine is normally used for different operation such as rough selection, elaborate selection and scavenging for large, medium and small-sized factories.Such shaking tables are divided into ore sand tables and ore slime tables. Ore sand tables apply to the sorting of coarse ores and ore slime tables apply to the sorting of fine ores.

Step 4---Magmetic Separation for Upgrading: The concentrates from shaking table are not so pure,magnetic materials and other heavy meterials maybe mixed,so use wet magnetic separator for final separation,there will comes respectively Iron,copper,cobalt etc.

The high gradient magnetic separator is a strong magnetic separator for the screening of weak magnetic minerals.
