Gravity Separation Manganese Ore Processing Plant
 

Manganese Ore commonly includes pyrolusite(MnO2), psilomelane, manganite (Mn2O3*H20). Theoretically, the high grade of pyrolusite can be to 63.19%, density 4.5-5.0. Manganese Ore has weak magnetism and usually it may dirty hands, but the primary manganese ore is clean.
 
Applicable manganese ores: Manganese ore beneficiation production line can apply to the primary manganese production.
 
Basic Process for above flowchart
1. Crushing Rock Manganese Ore: Larger tonnage will require primary and secondary crushing for maximum efficiency in size reduction,vibration feeder adopted is for evenly ore feeding. Main refers to Coarse Jaw Crusher,Fine Crusher,Vibration Feeder,Belt Conveyor.
2. Washing&Screening: Crushed fine minerals are sent to rotary drum scrubber by belt conveyor for washing and screening,the minerals above 6mm are sent back to double roller crusher for further crushing and then to the scrubber again for the qualified minerals,which are for next step
3.Gravity separation: After processed by drum scrubber,the minerals within 6mm fed to the jig machine for further concentration.
4. Magnetic separation:Normally manganese ore includes magnetic Iron materials,so magnetic separator well needed for final separation,then high grade manganese concentrates acquired.

2.Jaw Crusher
Jaw crusher
is composed of bracket, jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, spring, etc. The maximum compression strength of materials to be crushed is 320MPA. PE series jaw crusher is commonly used for primary crushing, and PEX series is used for secondary crushing and fine crushing.
Gelin provides jaw crusher with different types(stationary or mobile type,combination with other machines,Diesel engine or electric motor) and capacities(from 2-800tph) , meeting all customer's requirement.

4.Rotary Drum Scrubber
Rotary scrubber is a special washing equipment for cleaning large and difficult-to-wash materials,like high impurity content and sticky mud.
This machine with two parts: drum scrubber and screen. The drum scrubber is for washing ore, screen is for sieving different size particles after washing.The maximum feed size can reach 200 mm. It mainly carries out preliminary cleaning for raw ore.

6.Magnetic Separator
Our factory produces one roller, two rollers, three rollers, four rollers wet type and dry type high intensity magnetic separator and low intensity magnetic separator, magnetic field intensity from 800 gauss to 20000 gauss. The high gradient magnetic separator is a strong magnetic separator for the screening of weak magnetic minerals. Magnetic separators are widely used for separate magnetic iron ore,Tin ore, ilmenite, titanium ore, hematile, manganese, cobalt, cassiterite, coltan,tantalum, niobium, zircon sand, beach black sands, Monazite ore, Rutile ore,silica purify sand and so on.

7.Belt Conveyor
The belt conveyor manufactured by our company has the advantages of big conveying capacity, simple structure, convenient repair and standard parts, so it is widely used in the industries of mine, metallurgy and coal to convey loose materials and finished products. According to different technique requirements, the machine can convey material singly or be formed conveying system with other conveying equipments to meet different requirements of working line.
