Processing steps
1. Wash and screen the sand with

Description& Working principle
When the rotary sand screening machine is working, the processed materials first enter the drum sand washing machine, and after screening in the drum machine, the qualified materials in the drum with two different particle sizes are transported directly through the conveyor belt. the sieve material goes into the middle storage tank,the qualified material goes into the back-end dehydration sieve machine for dehydration treatment. The overflow part of the waste water in the storage tank goes into the back-end pumping tank and is fed into the separation and recovery machine by a high-pressure water pump.The waste water and impurities are discharged into the return water tank through the separation and recovery machine.

Working Principle
When working, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly after decelerating through the triangle belt, reducer and gear, and the sand and gravel has a feed trough to enter the washing tank, tumble under the drive of the impeller and grind each other to remove the impurities covering the sand surface and destroy the water vapor layer covered with sand particles to facilitate dehydration; at the same time, add water to form a strong current, take away the impurities and foreign bodies with small specific gravity in time, and discharge them from the overflow trough to complete the cleaning function. The clean sand and gravel is taken away by the blade, and the sand and gravel is poured into the discharge trough from the rotating impeller to complete the cleaning function of sand and gravel.

Working Principle
