Kaolin/99%silica sand/quartz sand linear vibrating screen dewatering screen for ilmenite/cassiterite mine
Gelin's vibrating screens are used for screening of granular bulk material in coal, metallurgical, power generation, building material, water conservancy, light and chemical industries and other industries.The screen frame consists of both side panels and cross beams being bolted and glued to the panels carrying the screen deck substructure. The excitation is made with in-house manufactured unbalanced shaft or with a single unbalanced motor. The vibrating screens can be equipped with all different kinds of screen mats available on the market and it 's best suitable for long-living and economical operation.

The circular vibrating screen machine is mainly composed of a sieve box, a screen mesh, a vibrator, a vibration-damping spring device, and a chassis.
The motor makes the exciter rotaring speedily through the V-blet.The powerful centrifugal force produced by rotating eccentric block makes the sieve box do a circular motion of some amplitude.the materials on the screen surface will be continuously tossed forward by the impulse transmitted through sieve box on the slope surface.Thus the classification is achieved during the process of thrown-up as the smaller size materials are falling through mesh.
