Structure and Working Principle

Working Principle:
The slurry or other liquid to be treated enters the settling area from the feeding area, where a relatively dynamic and balanced suspension process is formed. The particles with larger particle size in the slurry, due to their larger settling speed, overcome the flow pulse force, pass through the suspension filtration in the concentration area, and quickly settle into the bottom discharge outlet for discharge, The particles which can't overcome the pulsating force of water flow enter the inclined pipe area with the rising of higher particles, and the inclined pipe area is filled with square thin-walled honeycomb tubes at a certain angle. The water flow is divided into many sedimentation units, and the fine particles entering the inclined pipe area reach the inclined pipe wall under the condition of laminar water force settlement. After accumulating a certain amount, they slide down to the settlement uplift area under the action of gravity. According to the design requirements of separation particle size treatment capacity, the fine particles that fail to settle in the inclined pipe area will be discharged with the flow, so as to realize the process of classification and sedimentation.
