Application Scope
The process can satisfy the need that nonmetallic ores are eliminated iron and depurated largely-scale, the comprehensive economic effect is remarkable.  
It is applicable to beneficiate the weakly magnetic ore and remove the iron impurities from the non-metallic ore, such as mica powder, quartz sand, potassium, feldspar, nepline, fluorite, sillimanite, spodumene, kaoline, manganese ore, weak magnetite, pyrrhotite, calcined ore, ilmenite, hematite, limonite, siderite, chromite, wolframite, columbite-tantalite, red mud. It also can be used in iron-removal operation of coal, non-magnetic ore and building materials, etc.

Structure & Working Principle

 

When in working, the material flow and unloading system is in a reverse counterflow. According to physical structure principle, the non-magnetic material flows to discharging port so as to achieve complete unloading purpose by washing. The magnetic material is attracted by strong magnet for long distance, wide area and multiply-frequency, and be taken to tapping hole in reverse running by unloading system, then to achieve complete unloading purpose by washing.

2.CTS(N.B) series single drum magnetic separator ,The magnetic field of this machine divide into rotary and fixed. The fixed one is mainly use in weak magnetic field to separate the fine particle strong magnetic materials, or eliminating the strong magnetic materials in the nonmagnetic ores.

4.High tension (High voltage) electrostatic separator is an dry separating equipment in the high voltage electric field, which eliminate the mineral according to the differences of materials electricity nature.

It adopts the different electrical property of all minerals and materials in the nature to realize the separation.The common minerals like ilmenite, magnetite, cassiterite,and native gold etc,have good conductivity property while quartz, zircon, feldspar, calcite, scheelite,and silicate minerals have poor conductivity property,then the electric separator adopts their different electrical property to realize the separation.

PS:those materials mentioned above are hardly qualified when gravity concentration, flotation and magnetic separation are adopted, such problem can be well solved after electrostatic separation is adopted.
