After rougher and clear concentration of jig machine,grass mat on sluice box catches and collects the useful ore out of tailings which from jig machine,and concentrates from jig machine was further concentrated by shaking table, magnetic minerals (iron ore,ilmenite ore etc.) on gold concentrates was separated by magnetic separator,then with amalgamation and furnace,the pure gold comes out.
PS:jig machines will be replaced by centrifugal concentrator according to mining condition and customer's requirement. The basically main machines matching are as below according to different mining condition:
a). Washing trommel+Centrifugal concentrator+Shaking table;
b). Washing trommel+Jig machine(Jigger)+Shaking table;
c). Washing trommel+Sluice box with grass mat(carpet).

The design of this project is simple and the selected equipment is mature and stable. all of the products are provide by Gelin. After 18 working days of production in the Chinese factory, it is delivered on time. The post-installation and commissioning work progressed smoothly. It was successfully put into operation at the end of November, final gold content rate satisfies the needs of customer.
1.Feed Hopper
Mineral Feed Hopper provides the most efficient and economical method of conveying bulk materials such as biomass, with the ease of controlling feed rate. Feeders satisfy a range of applications from light-duty food and chemical to heavy-duty quarry applications in a cost effective way. Normally the machine is mainly used in mining field.
1.The hopper can be installed with different size grizzly bar to filter given size materials.
2.Besides the hopper also can be equipped with belt conveyor to transfer the materials to other minerals process machines like crusher,trommel screen etc.
Capacity,grizzly bar size etc could be customized as required.
2.Rotary Drum Scrubber
Rotary scrubber is a special washing equipment for cleaning large and difficult-to-wash materials,like high impurity content and sticky mud.
This machine with two parts: drum scrubber and screen. The drum scrubber is for washing ore, screen is for sieving different size particles after washing.The maximum feed size can reach 200 mm. It mainly carries out preliminary cleaning for raw ore.

3.Trommel Screen
Trommel screen also known as rotary screen, is a kind of mechanical screen machine for separating mineral ore material, mainly used in the gold wash plant and solid waste treatment industry. The trommel controls the mineral separation by the size of the particles, and the separation precision is high.

4.Jig Machine
Jig Concentrator is one of the ideal devices in energy-saving gravity separation, mainly used in the mining industry for ore dressing, such as tungsten, tin, gold,ilmenite, hemtite,rutile sand etc. The maximum feeding particle size is 6-25mm and can be reach 30mm in producing sand ore process.Our jig machine adopts advanced jig technology, reach the leading level.

5.Centrifugal Separator
Centrifugal Separator is a kind of gravity concentrating machine. It will produce big centrifugal force when rotating, and strengthen gravity process, to make the superfine particle effectively recover. 6.Shaking Table
Shaking Table is one of the main equipments of gravity concentration.It is applicable for separations of fine-grained and micro-grained rare metal, ferrous and non-ferrous metal, precious metal , coal and other minerals. 7.Magnetic Separator
Our factory produces one roller, two rollers, three rollers, four rollers wet type and dry type high intensity magnetic separator and low intensity magnetic separator, magnetic field intensity from 800 gauss to 20000 gauss. The high gradient magnetic separator is a strong magnetic separator for the screening of weak magnetic minerals. 8.Sluice box with gold carpet
Sluice box with gold carpet for gold is one of the necessary equipment in the processing of gold mining plant for alluvial gold, placer gold, gold sand, etc.It is also called felt, cohesive gold blanket, gold grass mat, gold rush etc. Just as its name implies, it is used for recovering gold. It usually work with trommel screen,jig machine or shaking table for gold recovering. This equipment has the washing and sieving function. The length of washing part and sievinig part can be custom-made.
