2.Woking Principle
The motor drives the power to the speed reducer, the central driving shaft pass the torque to the upper horizontal axis, the cause the grinding wheels to drive and rotate clockwise. The grinding wheels rotate around the shaft and axis.
The minerals in the mill is subjected to crushing force and great frictional force from the weight of the grinding wheel, and is thoroughly crushed after repeated crushing, rubbing and grinding. In the course of rolling and kneading the minerals, the grinding wheels also mix the ore pulp with water evenly, so to make the grinding index such as pulp density stable.
After grinding and crushing, the monomer breaks the mineral particles, is brought to the upper surface of the liquid in the stirring frenzy, is discharged through the overflow from the discharging port which is prearranged on the iron pan, and then is processed into the next operation process.
At the same time, the coarse grained minerals settle in the bottom of the pan, to be grind continuously, till it meet the requirement of fineness. The screen on the arranged discharging port can strictly control the gradation granularity, and avoid the phenomenon of over crushing or uneven particle size so to build a good condition of the following operation.
