Description

Some clients are facing harsh mining environment of high density clays and mud, our RXT serious Rotary Drum Scrubber was born for washing out these enimies. Some times it coworked with auto washing belt to reach the best efficiency.

RXT Drum Washing Machine, which is also named Drum Washing Machine, is the most advanced ore washing equipment at present in China. It is able to de-slime of the sand and stone, the drum inside is equipped with single or double layer round screen which can get 2 to 3 different size of sand stone products.

Main Structure of trommel scrubber
1. Drum: For washing clear the clay, the length & diameter can be make according to customer requirements.
2. Inner plate: For separating the clay and ores, we have different materials for the plates: Manganese steel plate which cannot be unload, rubber plate which is can be unload to replace new one, and more wear-resistant and long life.
3. Screen: For sieving different sizes ores, the screen mesh size and layer quantity, length, diameter and screen material can be made according to customer's needs.
4. Motor: Usually our motor is electric motor, if you need diesel engine motor, we can provide, but it is suitable for small processing capacity.
5. Frame: Supporting the reduction box and motor.
